Description of Services Broadmoor Zen Acupuncture offers acupuncture and related wellness services designed to support your health and well-being. While these services aim to diagnose, treat, and possibly cure or prevent disease, no guarantees are made regarding such outcomes. It is advisable to consult with a medical healthcare professional before, during, or after receiving acupuncture treatments.
Appointments and Cancellations All services require an appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in being charged the full price of the session. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, except as provided herein.
Payment and Insurance Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, approved local checks, and major credit cards. While we do not engage in direct billing with insurance carriers nor provide insurance coding, we can supply a receipt for you to seek reimbursement through your insurance plan, should it cover our services. Broadmoor Zen Acupuncture does not engage in communications with insurance providers on your behalf.
Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Governing Law This Agreement and any disputes arising under it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Merchant Processor Authority In any instance where a decision or interpretation is required under these terms, and where the law and industry best practices do not prohibit, such decision or interpretation by the merchant processor shall be made in a manner favorable to Broadmoor Zen Acupuncture.
